The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sourcing expertise, and strong negotiation skills to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality equipment, materials, and services at competitive prices. You will play a critical role in supporting refinery operations by maintaining an efficient and cost-effective supply chain.</div>

<li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure equipment, materials, and services which are used in the refinery.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to understand equipment specifications and ensure the purchase of parts and equipment that meet technical requirements.</li>
<li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or compliance.  Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, track procurement status, and collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.</li>
<li>Prepare, review, and manage contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.</li>
<li>Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions in refinery operations.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Maintain accurate procurement records, prepare reports on purchasing activities, and analyze data to support decision-making.</li>

<li>Certified in all production operator positions in both Liquid and Solids area.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Process Safety Management is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to effectively lead individuals and teams through professional, respect and focus on high standards</li>
<li>Ability to impact and influence results with personal interaction, guidance, and coaching.</li>
