Brightmark Plastics Division has allowed me to grow in significant ways because the company’s culture encourages questions and dialogue among all levels of employees. This leads to increased understanding, new ideas, and an atmosphere of growth. This has and will continue to enable us to reach new heights in solving our world’s waste and energy problems.

I work at and love Brightmark because of the mission and most importantly the people that make up this team. This group is driven to succeed and make a mark on the world. Brightmark is doing something new and innovative and I believe the circularity idea of renewable energy and materials is the next evolution of industrial energy in the world.

After spending a decade working in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, I wanted to work for a company that truly stands behind in its efforts to reduce waste. I want to create a brighter and greener world for my two girls to thrive, and I can accomplish that goal at Brightmark with its mission-driven approach to creating a world without waste.

It's great to solve meaningful problems with brilliant and hard-working people! We face some really complex problems these days, environmental and otherwise. It certainly won't be easy, but I'm confident that we can solve them!

Seeing how much the world and environment have changed since I was a child, and now having children of my own, I want to work in industries that focus on slowing down and reversing the damage that has been done. Brightmark is pushing the boundaries in these areas and continues to look over the horizon at what can be achieved with hard work, an eagerness to learn, and a teaming spirit.

I want to live in harmony with the ecosystem—humankind should not be the reason the ecosystem suffers. Social media is powerful. I want to work somewhere that allows me to use that power for good.

Brightmark allows me every day to use the skills and knowledge I have obtained every day, and they encourage me to continue learning new skills. I am a part of a team that is creating new and innovative processes, and it is exciting.

There are few places more rewarding to work in than in the Plastics Renewal Division at Brightmark. I moved across the country to work here and I have never looked back. The projects and their scope is an amazing opportunity, and there isn't a day where I don't learn something new. The team here in Ashley is indescribably awesome to work with—from the Ashley Management Team to the Engineering team, to the Process Monitors—and I frankly find it hard to think of anywhere better.

I chose to work at Brightmark because the mission and vision align with my personal beliefs and interests. I spend my free time learning more about our planet's waste problem and having conversations with my peers about new ways we can make the world more sustainable for future generations. It is a wonderful feeling to find a workplace that supports your lifestyle and is contributing to a greater cause.

I had already decided that my career was going to be in the energy industry. The Brightmark ‘green’ component and the huge innovation to it made it really appealing.
