Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Johnson developed a strong connection to nature from an early age. Growing up surrounded by a diverse urban environment, she witnessed the impact of human activities on ecosystems. This early exposure fueled Dr. Johnson’s determination to make a positive difference and sparked a passion for sustainability.
With a Ph.D. in marine biology, she has leveraged her scientific expertise to advocate for ocean conservation and climate action.
